We took over after a designer's noindex tag delisted the site from Google

What happened. The firm's previous designer added a noindex tag during the rebuild and never removed it at launch — quietly telling Google to drop the entire site. Organic traffic fell to near zero and nobody caught it for weeks. We found and removed the tag, requested re-indexing, then ran a full SEO overhaul on structure, content, and speed so the site came back stronger than it had ever been.
